Pretty Damn Good Pale Ale

I had the pleasure of working with Mispillion River Brewing for almost 10 years now.

And in that time they've partnered with other restaurants and breweries. This is the latest collaboration with The Platinum Dining Group. They loved my style and wanted me to bring them something showcasing all their brands, my mind went instantly to a certain chef for inspiration.
